I am an experienced district educational leader, curriculum and assessment specialist, instructional coach, and researcher dedicated to helping schools and districts improve teaching, learning, leadership, and student outcomes. With more than 25+ years of experience, my professional journey has been driven by a passion for empowering educators and leaders to reach their fullest potential.
As a scholar practitioner, I earned a Doctor of Educational Leadership degree with research focused on collaborative practices and performance feedback. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful collaboration is one of the most powerful drivers of organizational improvement.
